What are "decent" stats?

Hi,

To be acceptable to a fair number of clans, I know I need 50-55% WR, at least 1,000 battles, and either a Tier VIII or a Tier X clan-war-capable ship. It's not so clear what WTR is acceptable or desireable, and whether overall WTR, or fairly recent WTRs are more important. What main gun accuracy % is acceptable, good, and excellent? What about torpedo accuracy? What average damage to ships/battle is acceptable - 20k, 25k, 30k, 40k? What about average XP/battle, or my destruction ratio ( number of ships sunk / times you are sunk )? There are a lot of stats. Knowing which ones to work toward will influence my play style. I'm also curious to know which stats are influenced by camo and flags. For example, I can definitely improve XP/battle with appropriate flags and camo. Should I invest in getting more of the "good" sort for each?
